After it didn't seem that I would find the answers from the Church world, I decided to cross-over and look for help in the non-Christian motivational industry...I spent thousands of dollars or life improvement books, audio cd's; I bought motivational videos by the boxes; I even kept trying to convince my wife that the next seminar, and the next one, and the next one, would be the last one I would invest in...because the next meeting would totally change everything and we would finally be able to have the type of successes we wanted so badly...

But honestly, it somehow just didn't seem to work out quite the way I'd planned it. Now of course I would get excited and really motivated after attending a workshop and walk away believing I could accomplish anything - but somehow, after a few days, it seemed I would be right back where I started - Stuck Again - and the really horrible part is that...

After talking with him for a few minutes, you learnt that he was the owner of a Mercedes Benz dealership in your town, and had come to personally deliver to you a brand new Mercedes in your style and color - all TOTALLY FREE OF CHARGE. It wasn't a gimmick, it wasn't a ploy, and the only thing he wanted in return...was your promise to use and enjoy your new gift...and to share it with others as well.

He also told you that if you kept your promise and shared your new gift with others, that he would personally pay your gas bill, your insurance coverage, and your car's maintenance (cleaning, tune-ups etc) bill for as long as you owned the car...and to make this deal sweeter, he would even allow you to trade in your Mercedes for a newer model, whenever you liked - all at no cost to you.

After you both agree to this commitment and shake hands, one of his employees parks the car in your driveway, jumps out, and hands you the keys along with the contract fully signed by the dealership's owner...then, they leave! After they are gone, you can't believe what just happened - you are totally excited and ready to take this baby for a spin...but first, you'll freshen up a bit, change your clothes, then go out.

Little later, you walk outside smiling, open the door to your new car and breathe in the fresh scent of new leather, as you sit snugly in the drivers' seat behind the wheel of this powerful machine. You pull out the keys, try to put them in the ignition, and the unthinkable happens...
